Andrew has an impressive record of business transformation and profit generation. He has developed and launched new products and built efficient processing platforms and distribution networks.

Here's some history about me.

Upon leaving my role in the City I was approached by people seeking advice and guidance. I enjoyed sharing my experiences and insights and was pleased to find that I could help. I have now formalised that process by establishing GRAELLA, a general business consultancy. I advise and assist businesses at critical points in their lifecycle. I specialise in small to medium-sized enterprises. I also provide coaching and guidance to professionals within large corporations who are seeking to progress their careers.

My approach.

I help to build successful businesses and rewarding careers. I pass on the knowledge and learnings that I have accumulated during my business journey.

I do not step outside my areas of expertise. I only engage where I can add value and for as long as I can add value. My values are based on trust and transparency. I believe that people are fundamentally decent and well-intentioned and that everybody has the potential to succeed.
